At Precious Glimpse Ultrasound we aim to provide you with the very best 3D/4D ultrasound experience in Georgia.  We understand babies and pregnancies are each unique in their own way.  Sometimes the baby faces towards the mother's back, the fluid isn't very clear or there are hands and/or feet in front of the baby's face, just to name a few.  If your baby does not cooperate during your session we will bring you back again once at no additional cost to you.  Rescans vary from 5-15 minutes and are done within 7 days of original appointment.  Any additional rescans will only be $49.   Must be within recommended gestational age for package.  (refunds or rescans are not applicable before 13 weeks)
With twins, we need extra time to be able to see both babies.  Please book 15-30 minute sessions.  10 minute specials are not eligible for rescan on multiples.  

We also offer a money back guarantee on our Gender Determinations.  We are NOT wrong, (99.995% correct) so we are willing to offer you this guarantee: If we tell you the wrong gender after 13 weeks gestation, we will refund your money or offer you a free 3D/4D ultrasound later in pregnancy. We first will provide you with a recheck to confirm the gender. We will not look for gender before 13 weeks.

At Precious Glimpse Ultrasound, we do our very best to create a beautiful and memorable experience using high-quality imaging and recording equipment. While we take great care with every session, we’re not professional audio/visual technicians — and occasionally, technical issues can pop up, such as a faulty cable or a glitch in the recording system.

When something doesn’t work as expected — like missing heartbeat audio or a recording issue — we do our best to catch and correct it quickly. Your session will still include the video and photos promised in your package, but certain features may occasionally be unavailable due to these technical hiccups.

We do not offer refunds or complimentary rescans for technical malfunctions outside of our standard rescan or gender guarantee policies. That said, we’re always happy to talk with you and make sure you feel heard and cared for if something didn’t go as planned.
